Classification of Pearls

Each pearl is unique and, to ensure your satisfaction, every piece of jewelry is photographed individually.

The piece you receive will be exactly the one shown in the listing, and its immediate availability is guaranteed.

Each of my Tahitian pearls is delivered with a Certificate of Classification and Authenticity in accordance with Polynesian law (Deliberation No. 2005-42 of February 4, 2005).

This certificate guarantees the origin of the pearl and specifies its characteristics.

It also follows the criteria of the Gemological Institute of America, where I completed the GIA - Pearls Graduate program.

Discounts, Special Offers & Bulk Purchases

There are several ways to obtain discounts in my boutique:

If you are a professional, use this form to access trade pricing.
If you are a private customer, the total amount of your purchases over 12 months unlocks the following discounts:

For €250 in purchases: 5% discount.
For €500: 7.5% discount.
For €750: 10% discount.
For €1,000: 12% discount.
For €1,500: 15% discount.
For €2,000: 18% discount.
For €2,500: 20% discount.
For €3,000: 25% discount.

All customers can purchase multiples of certain items to receive an immediate price reduction.

Delivery

Once your payment is received, your order is prepared for shipment within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Certain items that require mounting (e.g., rings) may need an additional 24-72 hours.

All shipments are sent by registered mail with online tracking and full insurance.

To offer you a faster service, since March 1, 2025, some of my jewelry has been shipped from my workshop in mainland France.

My latest creations and jewelry requiring assembly (rings, pearl lots) are still shipped from my workshop in Mataiea, French Polynesia.

In all cases, prices remain unchanged.

If your order ships from Polynesia: typical delivery time is 12 to 17 days for mainland France and 20 to 30 days for other destinations.

If your order ships from France: typical delivery time is 4 to 6 days for mainland France, 8 to 12 for Europe, and 10 to 20 days for other destinations.

You will be informed by e-mail at each stage of preparation and shipment. In your account, you can view order status and tracking online.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your Tahitian pearl jewelry within 90 days from receipt for an exchange or refund. Return and outbound shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Items must be returned exactly as received (registered, insured for full value), without damage and in their original packaging.

Please contact me before sending any returns to obtain the return address.

Note: Loose pearls and batches of pearls cannot be returned or exchanged if you have chosen to have them drilled.

In accordance with French law (No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978), you have the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete your personal data. All information you provide is strictly confidential.

Card payment information is not transmitted to me; it is handled securely by the payment provider.
