On July 1, 2013, at 10 a.m., Mehiata Riaria, Miss Tahiti 2013, accompanied by her runners-up Maeva Simonin and Ohana Huber, as well as Miss Heiva Hinarere Papara, honored the Robert Wan Pearl Museum in Paofai with their presence.
The purpose of this visit was to deepen their knowledge of the Tahitian Pearl — a precious symbol of the fenua — and to receive prestigious gifts from Mr. Robert Wan himself.
After a brief tour of the museum, the beauty queens were invited to a special gift ceremony. Robert Wan presented them with high-value necklaces and chokers, demonstrating his deep commitment to Polynesian pearl culture and to the influence of the Miss Tahiti event.
At the same time, the results of the Robert Wan Tahiti & Miss Tahiti Mini Quiz, held during the Miss Tahiti Gala Night in June, were announced. The winners had the honor of receiving exclusive pieces from the Wan Design Collection.
The game winners, along with Miss Tahiti 2013 and her runners-up, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Robert Wan and his team for this exceptional meeting. An autograph session is also scheduled soon, offering admirers the opportunity to meet the ambassadors of Polynesian beauty and share an unforgettable moment.
